H Produced Improvements In Lean Applications And Research

Lean Production eliminates all necessary and useless processes by reforming systematic structure, personnel organization, operation method and market supply/demand, so that the production process could match clients' needs. According to current global manufacturing trend, Lean production is going to be the dominant production way in this century, by replacing mass-production and single-production. Manufacturing industry in China is not well developed even though we do have big potential. There is a long way to go to be the leader in this field. Therefore, it is meaningful for us to learn and apply Lean Production base on Chinese industrial situation, so that to get on track of the trend of worldwide manufacturing industry.This study used some relative theories of Lean as the groundwork, reviewed the developing course of Lean Production and tried to discover some traits of this course. I research some producing problems of a pharmacy company, and use this company as a sample to present the situation of pharmacy industry and trend in China mainland. AS a pharmacy manufacturer, producing is the most important section to H Company and takes their most investment. Every part of producing such as materiel purchase, equipments purchase and maintenance, manpower, management expense is going to make the cost and efficiency fluctuate. Using the Lean Production theory analyze 7 wastes in producing of H Company, I gave them such improvement strategy:Use sales forecast as the guidance, use MRP to make producing plan, use smart purchase for safe.Finally, considering the need of lower the logistics cost, I put Supplying Chain Management theory into the improvement strategy. Lean Production is involved more of the Supplying Chain among producer client and cooperator. Another key point to H Company to get better is Corporate Culture. Corporate Culture is a way to make producing process health and positive and be able to face the numerous and complicated challenges. This strategy use Lean Production so well to bring H Company more income, lower cost, more competition advantages and better future.
