Study On Optimizing The Cost-control System Of Lanzhou Road And Bridge Corporation

Along with the changing highway construction market, competition gradually increased, Lanzhou Road and Bridge Corporation consecutive losses in recent years. Lead to losses for many reasons, the most important is the cost control system of Lanzhou Road and Bridge's existing control system has many deficiencies. Under the existing system of cost control, construction of the project cost can not be effectively controlled, affect the company's profitability to a sharp decline in company performance.In this paper, using cost control, cost control system, the cost of cost control methods, control theory, to find out the cost control system of Lanzhou Road and Bridge's existing the main problem-cost control organizational structure is unsound,cost control processes is unreasonable, cost control system is imperfect.Then according to Lanzhou Road and Bridge Corporation's the optimal objective of the current system of cost control,finding optimization process to be followed by principles of systematic, economy and applicability,using of PDCA cycle cost control and cost control responsibilities, Optimized cost control system to improve the existing main problems.Lanzhou Road and Bridge Corporation through the existing cost control systems optimization, allowing companies to effectively control costs, improve market competitiveness and increase economic efficiency of enterprises. Meanwhile, the case studies, but also for other road construction companies to optimize cost control system provides a reference.
