MT machine tool company is a Japanese machine tool manufacturer, its main product is the Machining center(加工中心),but also produce electric discharge machines (EDM), wire cutting machine (WEDM), whose business is to provide turnkey engineering of product line for customer.With the fierce market competition, how to improve the competitiveness of companies to gain sustainable development has become increasingly important. Paper is to focus on enhancing the MT machine tool company's competitiveness in the domestic market started to explore and research.Full-text is divided into seven chapters. The first chapter of the thesis research background, objectives and methods are described. Chapters II of the theory of competitiveness are described. Chapter III of the competitiveness of the domestic machine tool industry status and impact of the competitiveness of machine tool elements and the MT's position in the domestic market were analyzed. Chapter IV of the historical background of MT and products are described, and the status of the competitiveness of the domestic market was analyzed, and then uses SWOT analysis of the MT of the status quo, their own problems and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats analysis. Chapter V discusses the MT proposed and the strategy of "cost-control strategy, differentiation strategy." Chapter VI MT competitive guarantees for implementation of the strategy were discussed in order to promote increased competitiveness, MT implementation of the strategy. Chapter VII summarizes the findings of this paper and shortcomings, and proposes further research directions.
