The industry of construction supervision in china has improved to itself and contributed greatly to the development of economic and the advancement of society in the past 20 years. With the quick development of science technology and globalization of economic, the companies of construction supervision have exposed many problems when facing the heavy competition。Those problems seriously restricted the development of companies of construction supervision. The establishment and implementation of the correct enterprise's operating strategy is the key of the company's success. Therefore strategic management plays more and more important role in the management of enterprise.Basing on the summary of basic theories of strategic management, this paper combines project supervision enterprises with macro-environment and micro-environment, and designs suitable strategic goals for the Shanghai Xiangpu constructive project supervision and consultation company, and explores the company's suitable development strategy. In the meantime this paper wishes to inspire some similar companies about the development of enterprises.Firstly, this paper generalizes and summaries the relative theories of strategic management. Secondly, this paper uses the relative theories of strategic management to analyze the macro-environment, industry environment and internal resources of the company, and then explore the development opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses about the company. Thirdly, this paper uses SWOT analysis to design the development strategy of the company including relative diversification strategy, branding strategy, human resource strategy and information strategy.
