The country has established the indemnificatory housing system for the solution special groups'accommodation. As a key building in Shenzhen High-tech Park, Shenzhen has been becoming important economic growth point in the future. It is now extremely urgent for special groups and higher managements and the high-tech personnel developing the campus economy's providing the indemnificatory housing and making a comfortable environment in the big industrial district enterprise. However, there has been of the existence of some problems which can not be ignored from the protective housing system in the large industrial park in the implementation process because it has suffered from institutional, local financial resources, demand groups, level of economic development and many other factors. It is, therefore, of great significance for large industrial park to carry out protective housing construction of the study the feasibility.In this paper, chapter structure can be roughly divided into three large pieces. First belongs to the theoretical analysis, including the first part, this part makes the essential preparation for the following two parts and lays the rationale. Second belongs to the empirical analysis, including second, third, fourth and so on, Based on the front theoretical analysis foundation, this part has mainly inspected present situation analysis in the big industrial district housing construction; analyzed the indemnificatory housing necessity; carried on the analysis to the project feasibility from the supply and demand theory, the investment environment and so on. Third belongs to the policy to suggest that including the fifth part, based on the empirical analysis, paper has proposed the solution construction indemnificatory accommodation measure and the target-oriented suggestion. |
