The sub-prime crisis occurred in USA spreads so quickly and has become the worldwide financial crisis. It results in the worldwide economy declining, especially has great impacts on the electronic products manufacturers in the developing countries.FLY Ltd. is one of the NASDAQ listed multi-national companies (500 Fortune companies), and a typical sample of the foreign-invested company of the electronic products contract manufacturing in China. This article involves the analysis on the inventory management issues of FLY Ltd. It applies many research approaches such as Case Study, Field work, Survey, and lots of data, figures and tables are also well used in it. Firstly, the current existing issues are put forward through the Field Work Survey and Case Study Approaches and then the causes are detailed taken into consideration with qualitative method such as brainstorms and quantitative approach, Secondly, based on the Inventory Management Theories and Knowledge, the design for the solutions and improvement, Total Inventory Management (TIM), are discussed to achieve low inventory, quick cash flow, and competitive advantage of the company. Finally, the monitoring measures are provides to ensure the design to come true in the company in order to find a better response strategy aiming at the financial crisis to seek more opportunities for sustainable survival, development and profit margins.This paper not only puts forward some new good suggestions to the Total Inventory Management (TIM) of the FLY Ltd. But also some ideas and reference value in it are found to other electronic products manufacturers in China.
