The country economy of the minority nationality regions is the important part of Chinese country economy. We think that it has great significance to speed up the country economy development of the minority nationality regions. As we know that China is an untied and multinational country, quickening the economy and social development of the minority nationality regions, so as to realize common prosperity and development among all the nations in China, which is basis starting point and finalism of our Party and government, policy towards nationalities, and is important as not to be ignored in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since reform and openness, the economy and society of the minority nationality regions have great progress and development. However, compared to that of east China, it is still backward circumstances. Because the level o frugality legation in the minority nationality regions is very low, the poverty and backwardness mainly embody in that of country economy. How to speed up the development of the country economy of the minority nationality regions under new histories condition and bring forth new ideas, it is the inherent requirement so following step by step the gap between Chinese regions and finally making all the people prosperous, and is also the inherent requirement so strengthening in real earnest national reunification, preserving social stability and safeguarding the unity of the motherland.On the basis of domestic and foreign literature, integrating research methods of the questionnaire survey and study as well as the analysis of qualitative and quantitative, under the guidance of the viewpoint of scientific development, comprising the use of regional economic development, economics and the theory of economic space and methods, basing on economic globalization and china's economic development of policies, this article does more comprehensive and in-depth study of some important issue for Chinese minority regions on economic and social development. This article analyses the main aspects of Chinese minority regions on economic development issues, such as resources, environment and development gaps and ways of the transition economic growth and optimizing its industrial structure adjustment, human resources development and urbanization power mechanism, new type industrialize, tourism resource development, poverty relief, development, people are the national economy, economic development and financial development, globalization and development strategy. After analyzing the county economic of Liaodong area and comparing the Bohai regional economic with Yangtze river delta regional economic, this article builds scientific development concept and implement measures for Liaodong county economy.
