| Economic losses of industrial enterprises and casualties caused by earthquake are mainly caused by the breakage of the buildings (structures) and engineering facilities, while the extent of damage will be very different, for the difference among site conditions of same type buildings (structures)'construction sites. Therefore, how to scientifically select sites in the reconstruction is not only significant to improve the capacity of anti-earthquake for industrial enterprises, but also the key point to scientifically achieve reconstruction for industrial enterprises and to ensure the promotion of social stability and fast economic development of the affected areas.Based on the Chinese Academy of Engineering consulting project——"the strategy research on industrial enterprises anti-earthquake and recovery capacity building", This paper, with the background of the reconstruction of industrial enterprises, discusses the importance of scientific decision-making site selection and its theory with practice, systematically describes thinking to improve the security of the location of industrial enterprises and specific measures, making suggestions to location of industrial enterprises in the future. In the same time, as the current site selection method usually use qualitative analysis, which is very subjective, one-sided and difficult to make objective and reasonable judgment from the complex relationships between the evaluation index, the author made site selection of the comprehensive evaluation index system with the introduction of comprehensive evaluation model, on the comprehensive consideration of the importance of industrial plants, graphic information of the surroundings, geological conditions, earthquake-proofing, traffic conditions of the surroundings, etc. This system combined qualitative and quantitative methods to make complex issues simpler and clearer. And finally, experiments improved that the evaluation method is quite effective to scientifically make decision of industrial enterprises in site selection. |
