Evaluation And Research On Reconstruction And Extension Project Of Baling Petrochemical Machinery And Boiler

Project evaluation plays a very important role in project analysis and decision-making.It is not only an indispensable working procedure,but also provides the most direct and effective evidence for project investment decision-making.In the socialist market economy system,pre-project evaluation and research is an important measure to deepen the reform of investment and financing.To a large extent,it can realize the project decision scentific,improve the overall benefit of the project,and realize the sustainable development of our economy.On the other hand,the development of investment system reform in our country and the gradual establishment of investment risk constraint mechanism make all kinds of investors pay more attention to the success rate of project decision-making and the input and output of projects.On this basis,this paper has thoroughly studied the existing theories and methods of project construction evaluation at home and abroad,put forward improvement suggestions for Baling petrochemical machine furnace reconstruction and expansion project,and also provided some theoretical basis for the evaluation of project construction in our country,which has certain theoretical significance and practical value.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,research significance,main research contents and relevant literature review at home and abroad,and makes a systematic analysis of the theoretical connotation of pre-project evaluation.This paper discusses the necessity of the construction of this project based on the current situation of one machine and one furnace in Baling Petrochemical Thermal Power Division.The investment budget,economic benefits and sensitivity of the project are analyzed in detail,and the measures taken by the project for environmental protection and resource utilization are comprehensively evaluated.Finally,from the perspective of economic benefits and social benefits,it is concluded that the reconstruction and expansion project of this project is reasonable and feasible.
