Research On Cost Control Of Grid Project Under The Mode Of EPC

As a new mode of organization and implementation of grid construction project, EPC contracting mode will become the mainstream mode of grid construction project management, which can play a leading role of design fully, achieve the owners to improve project quality better, reduce construction cost, shorten construction period, however, cost control of grid project under the mode of EPC compared to cost control under traditional mode, control range will be wider, difficulty will be greater, influence factor will be more numerous. Therefore, how to cost control of grid project under the mode of EPC will become the chief problem for the general contractor to solve urgently.From the start of contract mode analysis this paper points out that grid project leads in EPC mode possesses superiority incomparably compared to other modes and can reduce construction cost of grid project effectively. Through researching related material of cost control of grid project in the past this paper applies analysis method of Hall three dimensions structure identify factors of influencing cost control of grid project, and utilize interpretive structural model to analyze chief influence factors, build analysis chart of influence factors of cost control of EPC grid project based on interpretive structural modeling, accordingly determine internal and hierarchical relationship between influence factors. From the start of possible probability and loss of influence factors of cost control of EPC grid project, this paper builds corresponding evaluation model, therefore, EPC general contractor can quantize incidence of influence factors of cost control of EPC grid project. In view of the evaluation model of influence factors of cost control of EPC grid project, this paper proposes cost control measures of EPC grid project. Finally, this paper illustrates importance and achieving effects for EPC general contractor controlling construction cost by an illustration. Through researching on cost control of grid project under the mode of EPC, this paper enriches theory of cost control of EPC grid project, a practicable control method and measure presented for EPC general contractor controlling construction cost of EPC grid project.
