| The cost management of power grid materials plays an important role in the production and operation of the power grid enterprises.The risk management and cost optimization of power grid materials can reduce the cost in the process of material management processes and improve the economic and social benefits of power grid enterprises.It is of great significance to explore the life cycle risk management of power grid materials and to strengthen cost optimization,so as to realize the integration of economy and reliability in the process of materials operation in power grid materials management.This paper takes the risk management idea as a guide,combines the characteristics of the power grid enterprise materials,applies the theory and method of risk management to the life cycle management of power grid materials,and builds a framework system of power grid materials risk management.Firstly,the purpose and significance of the research and the literature review of the paper are elaborated,and the related theories are introduced.Then,methods and techniques such as Fishbone Diagram,Markov matrix,and risk assessment are used to identify,analyze and deal with the risk in the framework,establish a risk assessment model and maintenance net profits model,and make calculation and empirical analysis based on the examples.This paper focuses on the risk,cost and benefit of the operation and maintenance stage of the equipment,and combines the failure rate function of Weibull distribution to establish the net profits model of continuous time period,and carries out an example calculation and empirical analysis.Finally,it puts forward maintenance optimization plans and summarizes the paper’s innovation and further research prospects.Using the theory and method of risk management,this paper identifies risks in the initial investment stage and exit stage,and proposes corresponding risk response strategies.Based on the method of risk management,it can effectively identify risks and control risks.Based on the failure probability of equipment aging state,a risk assessment model is established.Through the organic combination of equipment risk and cost management,the maintenance net profits model of maintenance is established,and the evaluation of equipment maintenance effect is realized.Through theoretical analysis and verification of actual examples,the power grid enterprises can not only reduce the fault risk,but also improve the net profits of equipment maintenance by determining the reasonable maintenance times,thereby realizing the joint optimization of equipment operation reliability and life cycle cost,and play an active role in promoting the refinement of the cost management of the power grid enterprises.Based on the model of maintenance,combined with the distribution function of the typical power equipment failure rate,based on the full analysis of the operation time,failure rate,risk cost and the relationship between the three parties,the maintenance net profits model of life expectancy is established.By establishing a reasonable maintenance strategy,the model and method can provide auxiliary decision-making support for operation and maintenance management and cost management of power equipment in power grid enterprises.According to the simulation calculation results,the maintenance strategy formulated by the model fully considers the related factors such as equipment operation and maintenance costs,maintenance profits,equipment status,operating time,and maintenance cycle and other related factors.The proposed scheme gives consideration to the reliability and economy of equipment operation,and improves the maintenance net profits by reducing the cost of equipment maintenance without increasing the risk of the operation of the equipment.It helps power grid enterprises to realize the optimization of equipment operation and maintenance cost,so as to enhance the cost management level and improve the economic benefits of the enterprises. |
