The Study On Risk Factors Identification Of New Product Development Project Of Automotive Plastics

The automotive industry is in a period of rapid transformation and development,which puts forward many demands for the development of new products of upstream automotive plastic materials.It is very valuable to study the influencing factors of risk management of new product development projects of automotive plastic materials.Guided by procedural grounded theory,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with benchmarking enterprise experts in automotive plastics industry and identified 27 specific thirdlevel risk factors.A theoretical model of influencing factors of risk management of automotive plastics new product development project is constructed,which includes the risk of external new product development project acquisition and effective promotion,the risk of output quality competitive product ability and the risk of internal organization operation support.The AHP method is used to compare and evaluate the identified risk factors,calculate the comprehensive weight of each risk factor and rank it,and determine the top 10 key risk factors in the threelevel risk factors(TOP10): Rapid response to market insufficient to improve the ability of product and product quality stability,lack of knowledge management research,customer demand recognition and change problem,supplier control ability is insufficient,production manufacturing capacity is insufficient,the company’s brand image construction ability is insufficient,lack of human resources management,the product cost is high,stakeholders seriously enough.Then,the structural relations among the TOP10 risk factors were analyzed by the ISM interpretation structural model method,and the interpretation structural model was constructed,and the overall structural model was explained.Identified the human resource management insufficiency is the most root of the influencing factors.In a word,this paper identified 27 three-level risk factors by using grounded theory,determined the top 10 key risk factors(TOP10)by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),further analyzed the TOP10 risk factors by using interpretive structure model,constructed the corresponding theoretical model,gained new insight,and put forward the corresponding management enlightenment.It can provide reference for the further research of this profession.
