Mode Of Urbanization Development And Strategy Research At BaQiao District Of Xi'an

After a long period of time of rapid development in urbanization, the overall standard still stay at a rather low stage because of the rural economic condition, conservative value concept and social development level factors in the process of urbanization,. In recent years, along with the development of China's economy as well as improvement of competition ability, the nation has step into a stable rising phase, also a harmonious social has gradually created. Meanwhile, at this new historical period, government and public draw more attention on future urbanization development, by the end of 2008, the urbanization rate has reached 45.68%. Rural urbanization in China's economic and social harmonious development is an urgent and significant task as unique policy and ultimate goal of the new socialist rural construction at current stage. Accelerating rural urbanization, is not only to transfer farmers to citizens, become agricultural producer to consumer in order to increase the requirement of the third industry's products and services, furthermore, the huge developing market of urban construction will expand potential social aggregate demand, stimulating the related industries, which is able to reasonably distribute rural surplus labor force, extend rural employment market and ensure the economy steady growth.In this situation, what is the practicable mode and strategie of urbanization development at BaQiao District will be a vital issue. This research will deeply analyze the developing experience and background factors upon it's local developed environment, adopting relevant other domestic or foreign succeed developing modes to explore the pattern of strategy at BaQiao District. Also this study chooses representative experiment site-Yujia Village to carry out this research.This article consists of five parts excludes introduction. This paper firstly describes the initial characteristics and specific connotation of urbanization development in our country for discussion, this part also draw on the experience of urbanization from other regions or nations. The second part (Chapter 3), comprehensively analyze the course of urbanization development at BaQiao District as well as it's external environment and unfavorable factors were analyzed. The third part (Chapter 4) focus on choosing reasonable development mode based on the latest development of rural urbanization achievement form other regions, sums up the experience for reference to the actual situation of the BaQiao District. The fourth part (Chapter 5) is concentrated on empirical analysis to the selected experiment site, BaQiao District, this analysis depends on the basic case, the YuJia village's geographic conditions, industrial structure, infrastructure construction, specific development measures and economical structure etc, finally draw some enlightenment.Final part (chapter 6) combined with the analysis above parts to explore the specific strategies of urbanization development of BaQiao district. The conclusions this research sum up provide some references to future development of BaQiaio district.
