A Research On Pallet Leasing,purchase,collection And Recovery Of Logistics Distribution Center

In recent years,our logistics strength has been rapidly improved along with the rapid development of domestic economy,the market size continues to expand,and is gradually developing into a logistics major country which is not overlooked.At the same time our country logistics efficiency continues to improve,the proportion of total social logistics expenses in GDP dropped from 18% in 2010 to 14.6% in 2021,However,compared with the low level of developed countries,there is still a large gap2.For this reason,the country has successively introduced relevant policies to promote the cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics.Enterprises have also paid more and more attention to and vigorously explored the "third source of profit" increased by reducing logistics costs.Domestic academic circles have also conducted extensive and in-depth research and discussion on the problem of cost reduction and efficiency increase of logistics.The development of unit logistics can promote the cost reduction and efficiency of logistics.Pallets,as the most common containerized unit,are attracting more and more attention,The pallet pool system has also developed rapidly,and the market scale is increasing year by year.The pallet pool system provides pallet-using enterprises with a variety of pallet circulation modes,such as timely exchange,leasing,timely exchange and leasing,resale,etc.,which further improves the utilization rate and convenience of pallet-transfer between enterprises.There are also differences in the ownership of pallets involved in different pallets circulation modes.Is the pallet all by itself purchase scheme at the same time to obtain the ownership and use right of the pallet? Or should we adopt the pallet leasing scheme and only get the right to use the pallet? Or use pallet rental purchase mixed scheme?The three pallet leasing and purchase schemes all have their advantages and disadvantages.Enterprises with pallet demand need to select suitable pallet leasing and purchase schemes based on their own asset endowment,operational strategic positioning,production and operation characteristics and management concepts.At the same time,after determining the pallet rental and purchase plan,we can further improve the pallet utilization rate and reduce the relevant logistics costs by formulating and implementing a scientific and reasonable pallet collection and recovery plan.This paper focuses on the problems of pallet rental,purchase,collection and recovery faced by A logistics distribution center.In view of the formulation and selection of pallet leasing and purchase scheme,firstly,the pallet rental and purchase demand was analyzed based on the current situation of pallet use and circulation in A logistics distribution center and upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,and three alternative schemes of all-purchase,all-leasing and mixed leasing and purchase were formulated.Then select and use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the three pallet options.Finally,according to the weight score,the mixed leasing and purchase scheme is determined as the pallet leasing and purchase scheme of logistics distribution center A.Aiming at the problem of research and formulation of pallet collection and recovery scheme,firstly,three pallet collection and recovery modes were proposed around the commodity replenishment cycle: one pallet collection and recovery in a single replenishment cycle(Mode 1),one pallet collection and recovery in multiple replenishment cycles(Mode 2)and multiple pallet collection and recovery in a single replenishment cycle(Mode 3).Then,one or three pallet collection and recovery modes of the three alternative pallet leasing and purchase schemes are developed respectively,and the annual total pallet cost formula model of each pallet collection and recovery mode is constructed.Then the model parameters were determined and substituted into each total cost formula model.With the minimum total cost as the goal,the optimal pallet collection and recovery modes under three alternative pallet leasing and purchase schemes were selected,and the optimal pallet collection and recovery schemes under three alternative pallet schemes were developed respectively.Finally,the optimal collection and recovery scheme under the pallet mixed leasing and purchase scheme is selected for parameter sensitivity analysis,and suggestions are provided for A logistics distribution center to use the optimal collection and transportation scheme under the pallet mixed leasing and purchase scheme for pallet management.The pallet leasing or purchase plan and pallet collection and recovery plan formulated in this paper provide suggestions and methods for A logistics distribution center to deal with its pallet leasing and collection and recovery problems,and also provide a reference for other enterprises to deal with the pallet leasing and collection and recovery problems.
