| Transport corridor links different cities, takes most intersectional transportation task, and play a decisive role in transportation. What's more, it also promotes the development of the connected cities and the whole area. Railway, as the backbone in the transportation system, the construction and development is very important in the transportation business in our country.Beijing-Tianjin railway corridor is the important channel to connect two cities. Through building the single line and complex line, increasing the sorts and numbers of the trains, as well as improving the trains' speed, to improve the transportation efficiency and optimize the resource and development pattern of the two cities. In this way, to accelerate the urban agglomeration, averages up the economic development of Bohai Rim.The paper is based on the construction and development of Beijing-Tianjin railway corridor, especially the operation of the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city train. Grounded on the location and economic situation of the two cities, through description and comparison, to analyze the effect on the Beijing-Tianjin regional economic, such as strengthens connection, promotes the upgrading of the industrial structure, guides development of urban agglomeration. At last, for ticket price, connection between railway and city public transportation and some other problems, points out the adverse effects for the regional economic development. Give some suggestion to improve the efficiency of the regional transportation system, strengthen the interactivity and cooperation between Beijing and Tianjin. |
