Research On Economic Integration Development Strategy Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

Urban agglomeration is the inevitable process of China's new urbanization construction,and it is also an important carrier of China's modernization construction and participation in global competition at this stage.As one of the core urban agglomerations in China,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration has made great progress in the aspects of ecological environment governance,infrastructure construction and industrial coordinated development.However,compared with the world-class urban agglomerations such as Tokyo Metropolitan Circle and New York Metropolitan Circle,the level of economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban agglomeration still has obvious deficiencies,which will directly lead to the disparity of the overall economic volume,economic growth rate and disposable income per capita among the cities in the interior,and derive from the weak economic ties of the cities,duplication and dispersion of industrial development,vicious competition of production factors,etc.Problem.In view of the above problems,based on the comprehensive analysis of the development situation of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and the advantages and disadvantages of regional economy,this paper puts forward the establishment of the economic gradient spatial structure of "Beijing,Xiongan New Area + Baoding","Tianjin,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan","the other eight cities in Hebei".It also builds an innovative economic industrial chain of "R&D-transformation-manufacturing-quantitative production" across regions,and promotes the development of the new industrial chain.The three-dimensional development model of transformation and upgrading of small enterprises explores the optimal path of economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.By strengthening economic ties,division of labor,cooperation and balanced development among cities,establishing and improving market mechanism of urban agglomerations,we can promote the high-quality development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research on the integration of urban agglomerations at home and abroad.From the perspective of improving the quality of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebeicoordinated development,the necessity of improving the quality of economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomerations is clarified through comparison.Then,aiming at the pain points of Beijing's "big city disease",Tianjin's "sluggish economic development" and Hebei's "accumulated poverty and accumulated weakness",this paper summarizes the modes and Strategies of promoting the level of economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from the perspective of building a reasonable economic spatial structure,and obtains the practical significance of economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Finally,by considering the demands of the central government,local government,enterprises and individuals,focusing on the healthy development of the real estate market and the integration of public service resources,this paper attempts to formulate an implementation plan for the economic integration development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.
