Analysis Of Reorganization's Cooperation Effect In The Chinese Telecom Industry

With the development of market economy and economy globalization, the reorganization of industries has played a more and more important role for the large-scale enterprises to develop business, enhance the integration of production and capital and then realize the cooperation effect. Taking the reorganization of Telecom industry as an example, this article makes an analysis and research of how the Telecom industry studies, recognizes, purchases and finally realizes the cooperation effect in the reorganization process. This article can be very helpful theoretically and practically for the merging of China's Telecom industries.Referring to a lot of financial and strategy management books in terms of the motive and benefit of reorganization and merging, this article has used many solid evidences to analyze the practical experiences in the reorganization of Telecom industry, and on this basis, explained as thoroughly as possible the mechanism of the cooperation effect. At the end of this article, it refers to the gap between China and the developed countries and puts forward some ideas and suggestions to help China's Telecom industries reorganize and realize cooperation effect.This article conducts detailed analysis and validation by applying qualitative and rationing measures, typical cases concerning the reorganization of Telecom industries as well as using relating theories in this article.
