Study On University-Industry Cooperation Based On The Enterprise Cooperation Performance

With the rapid development of economic the technological innovation contribute to economic growth increasing. The last century 90's has entered the era of the knowledge economy. The technological innovation provides methods for transform the world and promotes the society progress continuously. In this context, many enterprieses invest a lot of human and material resources in technological innovation in order to enhance the technology competitiveness. Because of limited ability of enterprises, so more and more enterprises complete technical innovation by university-industry cooperation. In the decades of our country conducting university-industry cooperation, obtained many achievements and experiences, but there are also many problems, which prevented the university-industry development in China. So this paper on the base of summarizing the research will make deeply research to problems of university-industry, aim at provide theories and practice guidance for real works.Firstly this paper introduces the research background and significance, then the theory used in this article is reviewed, and existing situation at home and abroad is analyzed.Based on the review of theory the paper researches the factors affecting enterprise performance in the University-Industry Cooperation and the relationship with the performance, puts forward the four affecting dimensions of cooperation performance and sub-factors under each dimension, through statistical analysis of questionnaire data, we prove that every factors have a significant positive effect to enterprise cooperation performance. Then the paper studies how companies improve cooperation performance through partner selection for university-industry cooperation. Combined with the factors affecting cooperation performance and the reality the evaluation index system is constructed, and ten experts who come from university and enterprise are invited to make scores for index system, the paper uses group decision-making method to calculate the weight of each index which provide foundation for partner selection of university-industry cooperation in the view of enterprise. After that the paper studies how companies improve cooperation performance through mode selection for university-industry cooperation. The paper points out that the choice of current cooperation mode in our enterprises is not tied to the final performance, combined with the proposed factors of cooperation performance, we puts forward the the cooperation modes which can be used in university-industry cooperation for enterprise and the selection criteria of cooperation modes, respectively from two aspects of the stage of technological innovation and business scale, a cooperative mode selection model is builded, which can help the enterprise to select more appropriate cooperation mode combined with their own situation in the process of university-industry cooperation. Finally, the paper studies how companies improve cooperation performance through making distribution mechanism of benefits. Based on the consideration of the affecting factors of cooperation performance, we propose that enterprise should choose different way of distribution of benefits according to cooperation mode of university-industry, at the same time the cooperation mode of enterprise is divided into commission development and cooperation development, and the paper builds different game models for two modes.In this paper, the possible innovative results are as follows: First, this paper takes the improving of cooperation performance of university-industry as the main line, studies the main issues in the process of university-industry cooperation, including partner selection, choice of cooperation mode and benefit distribution, and discusses how the enterprise make decision to improve the final cooperation performance of university-industry in the three aspects. Secondly, based on cooperation performance of enterprise, the paper puts forward evaluation index system for partner selection of university-industry cooperation. Then from two aspects of the stage of technological innovation and business scale, a cooperative mode selection model which is based on cooperation performance of enterprise is builded, at last we discuss the different optional way of distribution of benefits for enterprise under different cooperation mode, and enrich the theory of distribution of benefits in university-industry cooperation.
