Considering the companies in highly growing period, especially the Private enterprise, how to make the mainly strategy matching the present period and promotion strategy around the HR, is the most important things they are facing to. This article is ready to discuss the topic start from food chain companies.With the acceleration of people's life pace and the change of their eating and spending habits, the demand of baking products has grown increasingly, which provides a benign market environment for Meilong Food Co. to develop. However, the company also encounters some challenges, such as low entry threshold of food industry, the increasing price of raw materials, and the home leader companies and foreign competitors'participation in the competition. It can be concluded that many firms will be shaked-out in the 10-20 years.Meilong Food Co. experiences successively 10 years development and presently owns over 4 brands, as. "Maryland", "Dakeyi", "Boston"& "Maweisi". and an Exclusively-invested sub enterprise, The scope of Maryland business operations is focus on manufacturing and distributing of bread, cake, pastries and moon cake etc. Special series of productions low, medium and high grades, comprising 4 kinds including nearly 4,00 products in different specifications. During the crucial period when the company breaks through the gateway of hundred billion sales, it is very important for Meilong to make use of the increasing market, seize more market share, win the competitive advantages, and then obtain a healthy, prompt, and sustained growth.This paper analyzes the status and the characteristics of baking food industry, the internal and external environment of the firm, and the competition structure of the whole industry. In doing so, it points out the external challenges and opportunities of Melong Co., and elucidates the advantages and disadvantages of the firm. Then, basing on the combination of the baking products business, the paper constitutes the differentiation expansion strategy. Meilong Co. should focus on the baking product business, and differentiate the strategy by adopting the business combination of spot baking business in supermarket, district distribution business, product distribution business with long distance, and shop direct sale business. The development of all businesses could lead to a healthy, fast, and expansion growth of the company. Basing on the company's overall development strategy, the paper presented how to enhance the company's core competitive edge from the perspective of human resources management. The paper analysized and evaluated the current situation of the company's human resources, pointed out the improper part of human resource management modules, and based on the proposed to build strategy focusing on human resources capacity building,so as to provide human resources to achieve security.
