Along with the process of Real Estate's growing up, the theory and content for Marketing Plan of Real Estate are varied and are richened in the accumulating experience as it is a rising subject. Real Estate industry is becoming competitive, as land is becoming rare. The research of Marketing Plan becomes obviously important.This thesis expounds the theory of Marketing Plan in the different developing stage, and analyses that the theory is keeping pace with the development of Real Estate industry. In the new times, whole-process-Marketing Plan is the new model of Marketing for Real Estate.By analysis of the theory, it illustrates its content and method, and main strategy in the different developing stage, and that the core of theory is S.T.P strategy. By the years' experience, it is provided that "Plan of Upvaluing product" is the trend for the future of theory development. It is advantage that the core theory can make developers keep competitive.The Innovation of thesis is that theory combines practice. By analysis of the operating case, it makes clear how theory combines practice, and also promotes the research of Marketing Plan in Real Estate. It also has positive influence that improves the management level and keeps the competitive advantage.This thesis includes 2 picture,10 tables and 30 reference books.
