Since 2005, the real estate industry in Lanzhou declined, experienced up and down, and was adjusted. After that the real estate industry in Lanzhou was thoroughly standardized, and laws in it were amplified. Lanzhou Power Yineng (Group) Co. Ltd. who has strong strength decided to invest in real estate industry.It's the first time for Lanzhou Power Yineng (Group) Co. Ltd. to begin business in real estate industry. After a long time of market research and rational analysis of investment, Lanzhou Power Yineng (Group) Co. Ltd. accepted the development of Yellow River Homestead project. But there are few persons with professional ability either on management or on marketing or on property management in Lanzhou Power Yineng (Group) Co. Ltd. Further more, the Yineng Yellow River Homestead isn't well known by people, saying nothing of people's loyalty to it. The result of managing in a high efficiency way, being known and impressed by the Yellow River Homestead cannot be got in a short time.In this article, with analysis of internal and external environment of Lanzhou Power Yineng (Group) Co. Ltd., research on development of the Yineng Yellow River Homestead project was done. Such things as exact market position, customer position, price position, total plan, famous brand strategy development, promotion and property management were planned. At the end, scheme of Yineng Yellow River Homestead project marketing is got.
