Nowadays, the problem of job stress has been paid high attention by more enterprises. With turbulent market environment and intense competition, the employees feel under increasing pressure. Individual psychology and behavior tend to affect group behavior, team performance and even the whole working environment in the organization. It should help employees resolve job stress in order to maintain enterprise's competitive advantage. Therefore, stress management becomes a research subject. Through the literature review, it found that many scholars have begun to explore factors which affect the process of employees' stress reaction, and have affirmed the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS). Based on such research background, this paper focus on the relationship among job stressors, stress reaction and POS and also reveal the effect mechanism of Perceived Organizational Support in job stress through empirical research methods, such as questionnaires and data analysis.The study builds a research model and put forward the hypothesis according to the idea. The formal questionnaire was revised based on the preparatory questionnaire and actual situation. Employees in the enterprise participate in this survey and data was analyzed by SPSS16.0 software.The result of data analysis has verified the hypothesis. In the discussion, the result indicates that job stressors have different dimensions. Good stressors have significant positive correlation with SPOS, and bad stressors have significant negative correlation with SPOS. Moreover, it shows that SPOS has mediating effect and regulation effect in the procedure of job stress, and the regulation effect also apply to good stressors.According to the results, this paper put forward some suggestions that focusing on three stages of stress reaction on stress management. The research hopes to provide useful guidance in the work of HRM, and help employees resolve job stress by the way of improving employees'Perceived Organizational Support. The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter introduces its research background, purposes and meanings, the train of thought and establishes the framework of the research.The second chapter is the research summary of related fields, it mainly introduces the related theory and research results of job stress and perceived organizational support. At the same time, the relationship between them is pointed out based on the previous research results and experiences.The third chapter mainly introduces the investigation of this research. According to the research thought, this article builds research model and put forward the hypothesis. After defining the research object, the method and procedure of the research are introduced, and the related scales are designed and verified.The forth chapter is the empirical study. The data are got from questionnaire which issued by electronic and field survey. SPSS16.0 is used for a descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the research hypothesis. The reasonable explanation of the analytical results is given finally.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part. At first, it concludes the research results and put forward the relevant suggestion. Then the innovations of this article are pointed out. Finally it introduces the limitation of the study, and proposes future prospects in this research area.
