Nowadays, with the information revolution arising, science technology rapidly developing and economic globalization getting gradual process, the market competition becomes more and more intense in all professions. All of these cause everyone feel that the difficulty of work has been enhanced and the rhythm of work has been accelerated. The issue of job stress has already begun to be paid high attention by all circles of society. Serious job stress could not only endanger employees' health, but also affect their work attitude and behavior in different degrees, and then impact the effectiveness of organization. Therefore, in order to improve employees' work and life quality and enhance organization performance, how to bring down employees' job stress and carry out effective stress management in the organization has become one of the important research topics in the field of organizational behavior and human resource management.Under this background, this study aims at explaining the structure of Chinese employees' job stressors and exploring the effect mechanism of Perceived Organizational Support(POS) between job stressor and stress reaction by analyzing the relationship among job stressors, POS and stress reaction in China. From this study, we try to introduce some instructional suggestions for stress management of enterprises.The respondents in this study are employees from the IT enterprise in China. The formal questionnaire was revised based on the preparatory questionnaire which was constructed through literature and interview methods. Employees of IT enterprise in eight cities in China participated this survey and the data was analyzed by "The Statistical Package for Social Sciences "(SPSS).The result indicates that job stressors of IT enterprise employees in China include six dimensions which are the job itself, role stress, interpersonal relation, organizational structure, career development and knowledge and technology updated stress. It also shows that there are significant differences among some dimensions of stressors on personnel-concerned variables. Moreover, job stressor is significantly positive correlated with stress reaction and is significantly negative with POS. The research also finds that POS could function as both mediator and moderator between job stressor and stress reaction. And it demonstrates that it's very important to improve POS of employees in stress management. Thus, based on the study results, recommendations on stress management have been put forward, hoping to provide helps and supports to human resource management of IT enterprises in China.
