A Study On The Countermeasures And The Structure Of Financial Assets Of China's Urban Residents

As the urban and rural dual economic structure, the income of urban residents plays an important role in the population sector. By the end of 2008, disposable income of urban residents reached 15,780.8 yuan per capita, which is 45.95 times of the number in 1978. The annual average growth rate is 13.6%. At the same time,the rapidly growing disposable income of urban residents lead to the rapid growth of total financial assets. The increasing total financial assets of urban residents triggered a series of questions on the structure of financial assets of urban residents. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors,problems,trend and countermeasures of China's urban residents. In view of current situation and exsiting problems as well as influencing factors in the financial assets of urban residents,based on the prediction of the structure of financial assets of urban residents in the next decade,this paper proposed some suggestions to perfect the structure of financial assets of urban residents. This paper is divided into six chapters. The main content is as follows:Chapter I Introduction. Make a brief description of study background, purpose and significance, domestic and international research trends, research ideas and methods, and possible innovations.Chapter II The related theories and estimation methods. This paper describes the related theories on the choice of financial assets, and summarizes the estimation methods of financial assets of urban residents.Chapter III The current situation and exsiting problems of the structure of financial assets of urban residents. Make an statistical analysis of incremental and stock structure of financial assets of urban residents.Through the comparision with other developed countries,this paper identifies the exsiting problems of urban residents'financial assets.Chapter IV Influencing factors and macroeconomic effects of the structure of urban residents'financial assets. Firstly,this paper analyses the influence of the social formation, changes in the financial system, capital markets, and the disposable income of urban residents to the structure of urban residents'financial assets. Then, discusses possible macroeconomic effects of those exsiting questions. Chapter V Trend Forecasting of the structure of urban residents'financial assets. Based on the historical data,according to characteristics of each financial asset of urban residents,make trend forecasting of incremental and stock structure of financial assets of urban residents in the next decade.Chapter VI Countermeasures and suggestions of perfecting the structure of urban residents'financial assets. Based on the trend forecasting,this paper gives the countermeasures of perfecting the structure of urban residents'financial assets from different angles.
