Studies On Change Trend Of Consumption Structure Of Urban Residents Of Liaoning Province

By the global financial crisis, China's export trade is inhibited; the case of low external demand, domestic demand is the driving force of economic development. The expansion of domestic consumer demand is not only effective measures to address the financial crisis, but also sustained and stable economic development of the enduring power. Consumption directly affect the development of national economy, impede economic growth. Consumption structure is a key manifestation of consumption form, which could reflect consumer demand for specific content, reflecting the residents'consumption level and consumption quality. Consumption Structure of the important aspects of consumption, consumption structure and reasonable consumption can lead right to improve the consumer market; optimize resource allocation and adjustment of industrial structure. So, from an economic perspective of the consumer structure, changes of consumer control, forecasting consumer trends, one can develop for the enterprise production planning and decision-making producer, the other for the Government in formulating industrial policy and provide the basis for macroeconomic policy and promote economic stability and healthy development.Liaoning Province, an industrial province and the old industrial base, since the national strategy of revitalizing northeast old industrial base and "Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt Development Plan" of the dual support of economic development achieved remarkable results, sustained economic growth, structural gradual adjustment. While developing the process of industrialization, urbanization also is developed accordingly. Urbanization in Liaoning Province has reached 58%, higher than the national average nearly 15 percent, as the mainstream consumer groups over more than 2600 million urban residents, accounting for 60% of the province's urban residents is affecting consumer spending across the province the key factor. Grasp the current situation of urban residents consumption, consumer expectations and consumer law, and then to a rational consumer, developing consumer demand and consumption ultimately to improve the socio-economic stimulus.This paper systematically analyzes the consumption of urban residents in Liaoning Province and its change in structure, and the development trend of the next five years made a science of prediction, for the irrational aspects of policy recommendations.
