Building A Socialist Pasturing Area

Building a new socialist countryside is a great initiative of implementing the Scientific Development Perspective. It certainly will deepen rural reform and promote rural and regional development, which is the inherent requirement of constructing a comprehensive well-off society. As an important part of New Socialist Countryside constructive project, construction of new socialist pastoral makes the pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia have a civilized development road which includes development in production, good ecological environment and well-off life. This paper discusses how to build a new socialist pastoral according to the case study of Bayanshil Gacha Kheshigten County, Chifeng City.The paper includes six parts as follows: introduction, first part, second part, third part, conclusion, bibliography and attached tables.The introduction part presents the backgrounds, purposes and methods of this research, mainly discussing the significance of getting New Socialist Pastoral construction together with Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region status.The first part introduces general situation of Bayanshil Gacha, such as its geographical location, climate flux, grassland condition, administrative structure, population, social relationship and other natural conditions and social profiles, etc. It also discusses pastoral relationship with natural environment and its problems.The second part analyses some problems as follows: contradiction between nomadic and sedentary, pasture usage, usage of production tools and labor shortages. It also presents some objective proposals.According to the survey data of this study, the third part gives some detailed proposals. Before that, it also discusses problems like over-grazing, livestock ownership inequality, income status, educational expenses, etc.The conclusion part summarizes the whole study, based on the case study of Bayanshil Gacha's new socialist pastoral construction.
