Research On New Vocation Of Herdsman In The Transition Period

This thesis mainly discusses new vocations of the herdsmen.The thesis consists of six parts which are the introduction,the natural environment and economic condition and the herdsmen's new vocations in Xilon Hubeet Chagaan Banner as the case study,the reason for choosing new vacation and the existing problem,the social efficiency of the new vocations and the ponder for its future development,the conclusion and the reference.In the introduction, the author introduces the purpose for the selected topic, the research profiles and the research method in brief.In first chapter, at first the author introduces the natural environment and economic condition of Xilon Hubeet Chagaan Banner as the case study to take the basic for analyzing the reason of choosing new vocation of the herdsmen in second chapter. Then the author gives the classified introduction of new vocations of the herdsmen and discusses the characteristics of the vocations, such as the traditional inheritance type,the specialized type,the united type and the coexist type of both employee and employer etc.In second chapter, the author analyzes and explains the phenomenon that the herdsmen was engaged in new vocations from two aspects: the environmental problem which was caused by the desertification of grassland and the development of township enterprises,urbanization and industrialization. The author also inquires the problems existing in the herdsmen's new vocations from five aspects.In third chapter, the author appraises the social efficiency of the new vocations from three aspects: the ecology,the economy and the employment. The author also gives the personal ponder for the future development of the vocations.
