A Study On Assessment And Improve Of The Livability Of Kaifeng City

Based on pre-persons′theory and construct practice research of livability, this text assessed the livability of Kaifeng from five aspects: sustainable developing economy; society stability and harmony; infrastructure complete and orderly; Ecological Environment sustainable development; living in urban settlement suitable. Then, many countermeasures had been proposed containing: developing economic: strengthen ecological protection; increase construction of infrastructure; comprehensive protection system; raising living standards against the main problem of Kaifeng on livability.The first part is an introduction. This paper introduces the background, significance of this topic and the general situation of Kaifeng, then, designs the research contents, method and technical route.The second part is research summarize .This paper make sure the sense of this research on the base of study the point and insufficiency of in and out of national literature on livability. The third part is the theory base of this research .This part introduce d the definition, meanings, and features of the livability of city.The forth part is the assessment and analysis of Kaifeng′livability. This part introduced principia of choosing the assessment indictor system, the content of it, assessment method and data source. Following, on the background of cluster of central plains cities, unfolding the vertical and horizontal assessment of Kaifeng′livability on the aim of finding the problem of livable Kaifeng.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve Kaifeng's livability. According to the problem of Kaifeng on economic, environment, infrastructure, this paper is put forward the countermeasures.The last part is the conclusion. This paper makes some conclusions, points out the creative points, some problems in the study, and some questions required to further study.
