Analysis Of The Livability And Coordinated Development Of Major Cities In Xinjiang

With the development of China's urbanization,more and more attention to urban livability city is no longer simply the pursuit of economic development,a city economy and livable benign development more and more important in Xinjiang in recent years the development of the city with a series of urban problems,urban livability and the contradiction between urban development and gradually revealed,in guarantee under the premise of urban development,cities will become more livable city so main cities of Xinjiang livability and the coordinated development of the research is meaningful.In this paper,based on the statistical data of 2016-2006,establish suitable for urban city livability evaluation system of xinjiang,from the economic development,living environment,infrastructure,quality of life and the public service facilities five subsystems in xinjiang to evaluate the habitability of 14 cities,and through the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine the five subsystems in 34 index weight.With the help of ArcGIS software,the changes of livability distribution,spatial correlation and agglomeration characteristics of 14 cities are discussed.The relationship between livability and five subsystems of 14 cities and their temporal and spatial changes were analyzed by using the coordination degree and coordination development degree models.The analysis results are as follows:(1)As a whole,the livability level of major cities in xinjiang is continuously improving,and the difference of livability level among cities is gradually widening.Cities with good economic and infrastructure development generally have higher livability level.Urumqi city and karamay city livability level has been compared with other cities there is a big gap.The livability of major cities in xinjiang has some regional differences.The cities with high livability level are mainly distributed in northern xinjiang,while the cities in southern xinjiang have low livability level.(2)Through the calculation of the spatial distribution of the livability of major cities in xinjiang by exploratory spatial statistical method,it is concluded that the livability of cities shows spatial correlation,and the cities with high livability scores are adjacent.From the perspective of space,northern xinjiang and eastern xinjiang tend to cluster h-h and l-h,while southern xinjiang tends to cluster l-l,which is not randomly distributed.(3)From 2006 to 2016,the subsystem of urban livability and economic development with the best coordination degree between livability and 5 subsystems of major cities in xinjiang is the subsystem of urban livability and economic development,which indicates that the development of urban livability is greatly affected by urban economic development.(4)the results of the harmonious development degree of major cities and their subsystems in xinjiang are not optimistic,and there are some differences among cities.Some cities have high degree of coordination but low level of coordinated development.The high value is mainly concentrated in northern xinjiang.The degree of coordinated development between urban livability development and public service facilities subsystem is the lowest,which indicates that the construction of public service facilities in urban construction needs to be improved in the process of these cities' development.
