To make research results more meaningful, combined with the 11th 5-year National Key Technology Project "Central Plains Region Technical research and application of basic farmland protection" arrangements, selecting five township ecological economic system of different agricultural areas in Xinye, the demonstration pilot counties in Central Plains, for the study. Through field surveys and literature questionnaire to collect basic data related; with emergy analysis method to make a qualitative description based on quantitative evaluation of the five towns on behalf of eco-economic system; the results of the analysis construct factor analysis and multiple regression analysis of the combination model, and further on making the quantitative evaluation on the inner factors affecting the unit value of output of arable land of farmland ecological economic system.Based on the ecological and economic systems of farmland emergy evaluation and analysis, draw the main following conclusions:(1) Farmland in the region eco-economic system has been in the transition phase of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, agricultural mechanization level is high; the ratio of grains and economy in the farmland eco-economic system are was approximately 1, optimize the productive unit structure, stability of the system is enhanced; in agricultural industry production the reusable environmental resource is not enough, the system relies industrial support to increase output; massive usage of fossil energy both increasing cost of production and lurking ecological risks in soil environment.(2) In eco-economic system of the area, environmental load rate is increasing overall, particularly after 2006 the farmland ecological and economic systems and environmental loading ratio increased significantly. A high rate of environmental load to produce irreversible degradation will seriously affect the sustainable development of ecosystems. From the comparisons between ecological and economic systems, environmental loading rate of the ecological and economic systems of Fanji Town is higher than other towns, although the overall volatile over the past decade, but the trend is clearly increasing, indicating that the farmland ecological economic system environmental resources within the ecological to bear a greater pressure and need special attention.(3) The sustainable development of agricultural eco-economic system of five cultivated area in the county can be divided into two phases: 2000-2006, farmland eco-economic system was in a better state of development; after 2006, with the environmental loading ratio increasing, EISD is generally less than 2, which means the system state of development is not sustainable development and should be watchful. The ecological and economic system of cultivated land in Shian Town shows higher capacity for sustainable development than other systems, but it is also the area where the value of sustainable development indicators fell the most obviously, the ecological environment pressure increased significantly and should cause for concern.(4) In the main factors affecting the emergy output of the system, farmland eco-economic systems respecting by Shian Town, Fanji Town and Xindianpu Town are affected most greatly by economic factors (mainly industrial-supported value); the ecological and economic systems of Qiangaomiao Town are affected mostly by social factors (mainly per capita income and land number, etc.); farmland eco-economic systems of Waizi Town are affected mostly by ecological factors (mainly environmental stress). The analyzing results by econometric model basically corroborate the findings of energy-value analysis.
