The Emergy-measurement Analysis Of Ecological And Economic Systems Of Heilongjiang Province

The enhancement of productivity and advancement of science and technology has brought rapid socio-economic development. It also triggered a series of serious environmental issues, such as resources, energy, population, pollution problems and so on. These global problems have forced people to re-examine and adjust the relationship between man and nature. There is growing recognition that the economic development is not the only indicator to measure social development. Through emergy analysis theory and methods, people may carry on the addition and subtraction computation to various types of energy, as well as can unify natural systems and human and socio-economic systems to evaluate, which can be scientifically and objectively reflect the status and problems of sustainable development.Using Odum’s emergy analysis theory, in profits from the domestic and foreign experts’ study based on the ecological and economic system, according to the collected data from2000to2010about the natural and economic and society of Heilongjiang, the article firstly calculates the emergy flow of Heilongjiang’s ecological and economic system in2010, then it establishes the emergy index system to carry on the static emergy analysis in2010. Secondly, based on the steps of emergy analysis, it carries on the dynamic emergy analysis from2000to2010. By the lateral comparison of the indexes with other regions’ and the dynamic study of the longitudinal development over a span of11years, the paper reflected the development situation and problems of Heilongjiang’s ecological and economic system in depth. Finally, combined the scenario prediction method, the article constructs a predictive model for emergy using, which has a high credibility. According to the different scenarios, it predicts the emergy development trend in the next five years, and compares the effect degrees between energy and resources on emergy utilization, which could provide a certain reference to implement the strategy of Heilongjiang sustainable development, and then it puts forward the corresponding suggestions.The energy system of indicators for sustainable development of Heilongjiang Province is of great theoretical and practical significance. In a certain sense, the discussion of emergy analysis theory provides a new perspective and theoretical platform to the sustainable development in Heilongjiang.
