Entrepreneurship Studies Of Off-farm Workers To Return Home In The Context Of Financial Crisis

The major objective of this thesis is that the fleetness spreads in financial crisis arouse large amount of enterprise manage under difficulty and bringing about big range of off-farm workers unemployment, Through inspects and analyzes the present situation and the feasibility of off-farm workers to return to their native place to start new undertaking, in order to find a good method to solve the off-farm workers unemployment problem.On the basic of analyzing the present financial crisis background, then do some specific studies on the problem of off-farm workers to return to their native place to start new undertaking. First, according to the characteristic of the financial crisis and it impact on off-farm workers employment, to analyze the motivation of off-farm workers to return to their native to start new undertaking. Then through describe the characteristics of the current financial crisis to analyze the impact of financial crisis on off-farm workers employment,then lists several current operation mode of off-farm workers start new undertaking.In the part of empirical study, studied by established a non-equilibrium game model between off-farm workers and natural person, analysis of the source of off-farm workers returning home to start a new undertaking motivation. The study found that poverty, government and market support, the willingness and ability of off-farm workers are major driving force for a off-farm worker to return to start an undertaking. Then in line with some test indicators of Don Macke, and Deb Markley test table, Through surveys and interviews with eases of Lixia District of Jinan City and Laoshan District of Qingdao City total of 130 off-farm workers conditions for analysis, by using factor analysis method,measured survey data then reach the conclusion. Trying to make a judgment on the ability of China off-farm workers'entrepreneurship. At last, make some relevant policy recommendations in order to improve the ability of off-farm workers entrepreneurship and solve the problem of off-farm workers unemployment.
