With the accelerating pace of economic globalization and gradually increasingly fierce market competition, more and more companies are expecting to maximize benefit of management and government via minimized cost. They gradually adopt some flexible measures in order to improve management efficiency continuously. In the human resource factor they mainly adopt the human resource flexibility. Under the background of global financial crisis and many changing factors such as industrial structure, uncertain investment environment, work values, the traditional full-time, long-term and stable relationship of employment shows its high cost disadvantages concerned of the human cost considerations, the enterprises'development of core competitive advantages, Labor Laws and regulations. In order to solve the problems above, many companies began to seek for the human resource flexibility. Different types of non-regulate employment are chosen.Research of the patterns and encouragement mechanism concerned with non-regular workers has attracted extensive attention. But because non-regulate employment is emerging in our country, there are only a few studies in this field. Relatively speaking, Japan and Taiwan has acquired many achievements in this field of research. At present, the mainland research results of non-regulate employment mainly focus on system and institutions to send.This dissertation classifies patterns of non-regulate employment, and creatively uses hiring time and manpower capital to construct two-dimensional coordinate system, catalogues the existing informal employment forms into four types. Then it examines the definition of each type. By obtaining direct data through the questionnaire and using principal component analysis method to find factors non-regular workers concerning, relative incentive mechanisms are put forward respectively.The mainland main research results of non-regulate employment focus on system and institutions to send. But the research in other types is not in-depth. This dissertation classifies the existing informal employment forms and put forward incentive mechanism respectively. However, the research of this topic should be considered in extensive aspects, many questions should be studied further.
