With the tourism industry competition intensified, creating barrier-free tourism and improving the overall competitiveness of regional tourism, from the regional competition to regional interation, eliminating regional barriers, achieving the sharing of the tourism resources, products,markets and information in the inter-regional area, promoting regional tourism upgrade, maximize the benefits of regional tourism and achieving sustainable development of regional area have become an important regional tourism development orientationTherefore, this paper taken Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei as an example,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature,adopt regional development theory,the comparative advantage theory and the regional sustainable development,studies the building of the barrier-free tourism zone in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.This paper from the impact of factors,from Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei regional area tourism development situation,analyses the barrier in the regional tourism barrier-free development,reveals the advantage base,then puts forward the effective approach for the development of the regional barrier-free tourism.This paper is divided into six parts. Introduction mainly described the background, status, purpose, research methods and routes;The second chapter is a barrier-free tourism for regional development relate to the basic theory, based on "systems theory, theory of comparative advantage and sustainable development theory" to guide construction of barrier-free tourism zone;The third chapter mainly analzed the impact of the barrier-free tourism development. Chapter four mainly analyse the barrier-free tourism development status in quo in some aspects such as regional tourism development level, the measures for the barrier-free tourism development and barrier representation; Chapter five analyses barrier-free tourism development base in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei and put forward the regional barrier-free tourism development measures in four aspects: regional tourism hiberarchy development,circuit integration development, the establishment of innovative mechanisms of regional tourism Accessibility. In the conclusion part of this article reveals the conclusions and the questions yet to be explored.
