The Studying Of Feedforward Control On The Accidents Of Major Food Safety

In recent years, major food safety accidents break out so much in China, which fully exposed the shortcongmings of the food safety control systems and regulation mode of the" Sub-regulation-based,Variety-control-supplement".Government exists in the highest value than the maintenance and development of public interest, however, with regard to public safety and with the whole public health and safety,the Government must take responsibility for the whole society. When it comes to system stability, the essential, which involved systematic is the relationship between human action and the system structure.Therefore, A feedforward control mechanisms of major food safety accidents must be done by changing the structure of food safety control systems,for the purpose of influencing people's behavior. The article will take food safety control systems and their associated social systems in a small environment as a subsystem. This as a starting point, it is committed to changing the structure of this system and ultimately to achieve food safety control system for the purpose of stability.
