This paper is organized as follows.Firstly,the theories of ERP,SAP,SD module are introduced.ERP system implementation is a kind of information technology project and also a kind of improving management mode and promoting management ideas.Secondly,the original background of this paper comes of the ASP SD module implementation in the company H.This paper analyzes the enterprise business background.the market department organizational structure and the genenal funcrions of sales system,discusses an business process-oriented implement mode which can cope with the challenge from trans-department and trans-module,also can meet the business requirements. One the one hand,the responsibilities of the market department are expanded,that including sales and warehouse management of automobiles and spare parts, purchase of spare parts. The strategies of warehouse management,sales and purchase are carried into the SD module implementation.On the other hand,the company H is an new established company,it is planning business processes and constructing information system.There are 5 IT projects which are implementing at the same time.Many interfaces are designed for the information exchange.Thirdly,on the basis of business requirements analysis and process planning of SD module,the business of market department is recognized as two value chains,that are automobiles and spare parts business value chains.This paper summerizes the general system implementation method and Acceletated SAP method,presents the processes of SD module implementation which only introduces business blueprints in details.The market businesses are operated by 5 parts through the SD module,including the warehouse management of automobiles and spare parts,the sales management of automobiles and spare parts,the purchase management of spare parts.Finally,from the ERP implementation view,the paper summerizes the SD module implementation difficulties as the high cost,the limitated recognization,the executives of different levels and the technology problems,analyzes the critical success fators of ERP implementation by documents browsing and executives interviews,and advances an critical success fators module based on the project risk management,along with a demonstration research.The methodologies of this dissertation intergrates the documents browsing, questionnaire survey,interviews with executives and regression analysis in doing research seriously.Hope to provide a beneficial model for other similar ERP implementantion projects to improve the efficiency.
