Research On Performance Evaluation Of Enterprise Strategy Innovation

During fiercely market competition,any advantage created by strategy is temporary,enterprises can success only through strategy innovation.The key link of keeping competition advantage, enhancing competition capacity and getting economic benefits is strengthen enterprises strategy innovation. While strategy innovation ongoing, enterprisers also heeded that correctly plan innovation strategy is not easy, but successfully implement it is much harder. So a study topic about how scientifically evaluate strategy innovation performance may be worth.Based on the theory of enterprise strategy innovation and performance evaluation from the aspect of strategy,this thesis confines the connotation of strategy innovation performance evaluation, and try to combine enterprise actual condition to construct the guide line system. During evaluation, set index weight by AHP, then evaluated by Fuzzy Model to authentically feedback the organization performance after strategy innovation, and supply actual evidence for enterprise decision.This thesis includes 6 chapters, chapter one mainly explains the research purpose and meaning, expatiates the research content, research method and research going-way by analyze enterprise strategy innovation and on the basis of domestic and abroad relative research of performance evaluation from the aspect of strategy, also give out the technical route chart. Chapter two is the theory foundation of the strategy innovation performance evaluation. Referring to literature information, systematically analyzed BSC,Performance Pyramid and Performance Prism, also dissertated AHP,FCE,DEA and ANN. Chapter three mainly raises the ideation of the whole system of enterprise strategy innovation performance evaluation. This chapter is one of the emphases of this research, mainly expatiates the connotation of the evaluation of strategy innovation performance, according to the analysis of elements of strategy innovation and evaluation difficulty, draft the system of strategy innovation performance evaluation. Chapter four is for index system design of strategy innovation performance evaluation. On the condition of definitely point out index choose purpose and principle of the strategy innovation performance evaluation to confirm performance evaluation index, and combine Fuzzy theory and AHP to evaluate the performance of enterprise strategy innovation. Chapter five is demonstration illustration, is the supposed application of the strategy innovation performance evaluation system, widely collect data and literature information of HE group before and after strategy innovation and set the strategy innovation of HE group as the research target to implement application of strategy innovation performance evaluation model, analyze the performance of HE group before and after the strategy innovation, summarize and conclude the experience and revelation of HE group strategy innovation. Chapter six is the conclusion of the whole text, it point out the main novelty of the research, also point out the issues which need further research.
