Economic Analysis Of Racing To The Bottom Views On The Quality Of Chinese Enterprises

In today's era of globalization,countries in economic competition to gain competitive advantages, there are two general approaches。One is to increase economic activity in the science and technology,investment in education,to increase the welfare of their people, raising the productivity of economic activity;while a contrary approach is to deprive the working class all its own labor and social security, their wages artificially low and allow the cost of damage to the natural environment,which won the competition in price。The latter approach is the"race to the bottom", which hit the bottom line of the competition,and this phenomenon was vividly called"race to the bottom"。In the"race to the bottom"of the game, not who is better than that, who put in more technology, more education, but more times than anyone else, even worse, more capable of demanding their own working class, more tolerant of their environmental damage。This paper studies the quality of our races to conduct business, primarily through the quality choice model, game theory, quantitative analysis and other methods to be analyzed。Enterprises in the study of such behavior is found behind the choice of consumers, the central government, local protection, multi-enterprise itself the result of joint efforts in this study targeted on the basis of the relevant policy recommendations are given.
