Assessment Of The Operation Environment Of Hirsch 110KV Substation Project

In the evaluation of substation construction projects, traditional research pays more attention to the technical and economic evaluation, but the analysis of the project operating environment has not been placed enough emphasis. However, the success or failure of the project and whether it has good prospects for development are directly related to resource conditions, market conditions, competitive conditions, macroeconomic conditions and natural conditions. Only through comprehensively analyzing the impact of a variety of operating environment on project and making the environment meet the operating conditions of project,can the project construction proceed smoothly.On the basis of the analysis of the theories of project operating environment,this paper analyzed the characteristics of substation construction project and evaluated the operating environment of Hirsch 110kv substation project from the resources, market demand environment, competitive environment and macro-economic environment by using a variety of methods. This project evaluation can provide a reference for operating environment assessment of systemic substation project.
