| At present, the construction of transformer substation project is developpingrapidly, project management models have turned from professional management modelto project management model.In the electric power project management, qualitymanagement, schedule management, investment management and security managementis regarded as the four main aspects of project management. The grid enterprise focus onthe project schedule management of the construction of power transformer substation.If the project can be completed on schedule not only concern the economic efficiency ofenterprises, but also related to the national economy. Electric power project managementrequirements more stringent, in electric power construction projects, we must make fulluse of the related theory of the project schedule management to guide the establishmentand implement of engineering project, and guarantee the electric power constructionproject complete timely.This paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of the projectmanagement theory; Introduce the related basic theory and method of the schedulemanagement, combined the features of power transformer substation project, redefine theschedule management process; Influencing factors for the various stages of theconstruction of power transformer substation project progress is analyzed andsummarized, and evaluation index system is setted up; Establish the schedulemanagement evaluation method based on AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod,and getting the comprehensive quantitative method of schedule management,also presented with the corresponding controlling countermeasures;220kV substation inthe steel construction, for example, draw up the construction schedule planning usingWBS and Gantt chart; Analyze the factors that affect the whole process of the project,and evaluate the level and efficiency of the schedule management of the project; Analyzethe problems and weak links of the project’s schedule management,control measures andcountermeasures are put forward for the problems existing in the process of the project’sschedule management, provides the experience worthy of learning for future similarproject’s schedule management. |
