The Inner Mongolia is China's energy province, will be to establish long-term energy base in the country the first choice, at the same time, by virtue of its energy reserves rapid economic growth in recent years,at the forefront in various provinces and cities in the country.Energy is nothing wrong to become a driving force of economic growth in Inner Mongolia, the major driving force, but there are two closely linked, not only from one side to the other one-way causality. Energy consumption triggered a series of problems - severe environmental pollution, industrial structure tends to a single, energy efficiency and less serious waste, corruption overgrowth. But the economy is to grow in Inner Mongolia, on the current view, is also bound to further increase energy consumption, and because of its national energy strategy, the important position it is difficult to immediately control the energy consumption of a relatively fixed level, how to coordinate the energy consumption and the relationship between economic growth, so that energy consumption to meet the needs of economic growth, while energy consumption caused by the gradual resolution of the many problems facing the economic development of Inner Mongolia, an important issue.In the basis of previous research results, this article uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and normative analysis method of combining, analysis of Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2008 energy consumption and economic growth situation and the relationship, proposes problems in the process of Inner Mongolia energy consumption, explore further measures to solve the problem above, finally come to a path of sustainable energy development path of the conclusions. |
