The development of enterprise culture is the continuing role of the business community and academia agree that, with the advent of the 21st century knowledge economy, enterprises are to receive long-term development and to obtain high profits, they need to constantly innovate, enterprises innovation can not do without the impact of corporate culture of innovation, enterprise innovation culture as a corporate culture in a more advanced models are of concern to academics, and many scholars of the enterprise innovation culture connotation analysis. In recent years, innovative companies the role of culture on business performance to become a hot research field, in order to clearly understand the corporate culture of innovation on firm performance in the role of the process, some scholars put forward a point of intermediate variables studied, but the intermediate variables Choice has become a new research questions. Based on this, this article will be organizational innovation and organizational resources for the intermediate variables, the role of the corporate culture of innovation in business process performance analysis of the mechanism.In this paper, it based on previous studies, and based on the first business innovative research culture which were analyzed on the basis of relevant theories expounded note, the influential role of the intermediate variables, the study proposed the establishment of the assumptions and hypotheses. Then in this paper, it based on 10 highest-ranked empirical study of automobile enterprises in 2009, making use of the issuance of the 10 auto companies and recycling survey, using SPSS and LISREL structural equation modeling software, the assumptions of the earlier inspection and correction, validation assumption of this article, the results show that the corporate culture of innovation by the organization system and management innovation, technology and market which is a substantial impact on business performance, innovation and cultural resources of the staff through the organization and content of a substantial impact on firm performance. Finally, the results were analyzed and summarized, and given the limitations of this study for future research put forward higher requirements.
