SMEs (Small and medium enterprises) are an important component of China's socialist economy, and the important role they have played in China's economic development and social progress can not be ignored. However, the fact that the management level is not high, and all kinds of brand awareness are not strong enough exists all the time. But with the gradual participation of SMEs in international competition, the less competitive ability brought about by the various deficiencies of SMEs is becoming increasingly evident. How to take effective measures to improve the overall quality of China's small and medium enterprises to enhance SME competitiveness in the market has gradually become an urgent need to address the problem.CIS strategy is a focus on shaping the company's good image in order to enhance its overall capability as a competitive strategy. Many successful business practice shows that the role of CIS in setting up a good corporate image and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises can not be ignored. Our country began the introduction of CIS strategic thinking from the 1980s, but the main focus is on a number of researches and application of large enterprises. This paper from the development and importance of SMEs in China analyzed the necessity and feasibility of CIS strategy for small and medium enterprises, summed up the characteristics of CIS strategy in SMEs and put forward the CIS strategic system designed to meet the actual needs of SMEs with the purpose of providing a feasible method and ideas for the development and growth of China's small and medium enterprise.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part gave a brief description of the research background, research significance and research methodologies of CIS into SMEs. The paper pointed out that a timely manner into CIS for improving the international competitiveness of SMEs played a very important role according to the characteristics of the current stage of China's small and medium enterprises.The second part gave the theory related to the CIS strategy a simple comb. The concept of the CIS strategy was defined and the constituent elements of CIS, as well as the relationship between the constituent elements were analyzed. At the same time this part recalled the development of the domestic and international situation of CIS strategy. The paper also pointed out the significance of CIS for the the development of SMEs in China.The third part of the thesis mainly gave a brief summary on China's current situation of the implementation of CIS in SMEs. It clearly defined the scope and significance of the existence of SMEs, pointing out the reasons for importing CIS of China's small and medium enterprises, as well as the current situation of CIS implementation This part summed up the characteristics of implementation of CIS in China's SMEs.The fourth part specifically related the design content of the strategy of CIS in China's SMEs. According to the characteristics and actual needs of SMEs, the paper put forward the main CIS strategic system of small and medium enterprises to strengthen the institutional development.The fifth part conducted an analysis and design of CIS strategic system, using the theory presented in this paper, combing with MJ Group's history, culture and reality background. The paper hopes that the case study can provide some references to and actionable strategic recommendations for the development of CIS in China's SMEs.
