| More than 30 years since reform and opening up,Chinese economy and comprehensive national strength has been greatly enhanced.China is playing an important role in the international polytical and economic scene,meanwhile,China is also increasingly depending on the word ecnomic maeket and global financial market. With the Global financial crisis of 2008, no nation is an island,so is the China. This crisis,aggravating the external environment of China's foreign trade, affected the Chinese economy. The economic growth model that mainly relies on the exports can not adapt to development of Chinese economy. By this time, China is in the industrialization and urbanization accelerate-development stage, Therefore,how to achieve the transformation of the growth model from export-led growth to domestic demand-led is an urgent study of the important theoretical and practical issues.Based on the reviewing the literature of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper uses the data from 1979 to 2009 to describe the instance of export-oriented strategy and domestic demand-led strategy.It detailedly discusses the development stage, historical performance and the challenges of export-oriented strategy,and it describes the content, status, structure and factors of domestic demand-led strategy.We also measure the momentum of economic growth in China with the direct method of Contribution Rate and Grey Relation Analysis method, the empirical result shows that there has been a theoretical basis to actualize the domestic demand-led economic growth strategy.Moreover,this paper also analyzes the realities of economic strategy transformation,such as the power accumulation of Chinese economy.it also gives the difficulties we may encounter during the transition, such as the differences in income caused by urban-rural division. Finally,it discusses policy recommendations of domestic demand-led economic growth model in terms of the national conditions, product structure, improvement of people's livelihood. |
