Zhuzhou Torch Spark Plug Co., Ltd. is the share-owned subsidiary company of Weichai Power Co., Ltd. and it is the largest spark plugs manufacturer in China. The company pays great attention to technology improvement, and it introduced the AC automatic assembly line and Bodine automatic assembly line from American Delphi company. The "Torch" brand of spark plugs of this company has the first market occupation in domestic market. The products are sold to North America, Europe, and South-East Asia area So it is necessary to make research to this company's foreign-oriented strategy.This article analyze the macroscopical environment such as international and domestic political society environment, economical and technology environment etc. which the company faces, and also the microcosmic environment such as suppliers, customers and market, etc. It also analyze the problems existing when the company participating international competition.
