The Measurement And Calculation On The Contribution Rate Of Agricultural Technological Advance Of He'nan Province And The Lateral Comparison

Agriculture is the basis of economy, also is the basis of live and development of human, human society's progress always have great relation with agricultural development, to reach the aim of agricultural development, to improve agricultural productivity, the progress of science and technology is an important condition. The development of agriculture is the conversion from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. To realize the aim, we should progress the science and technology to improve productivity, promote the development of agriculture, and establish some feasible and effective path of the progress of science and technology, the most basic work of them is the measurement and calculation of the contribution rate of agricultural technological progress.This paper systematicly introduces the theories of progress of agricultural science and technological, that contains the types and the motion mechanism of the progress of agricultural science and technology, the impact of progress of agricultural science and technological to agricultural economy development, and the Cobb-Douglas production function, which is the theory base of measurement and calculation of the contribution rate of agricultural science and technological progress, after that ,this paper combines the Cobb-Douglas production function theory, grey systems theory, econometrics theory, build the model of measurement and calculation of the contribution rate of agricultural science and technological, that is Grey Cobb-Douglas production function model. Then use this model calculates the contribution rate of agricultural science and technological progress of cities of He'nan province, He'nan province and other provinces of our country, analyses the calculation result, makes portrait and landscape orientation comparison, analyses the region difference, indicates the advantage and disadvantage of He'nan province. Lastly, discusses the influence factors of He'nan Province's contribution rate of agricultural science and technological progress, and makes some suggestions on the improvement of the contribution rate of agricultural science and technological.Because of the complication of the agricultural system and the progress of the development of agricultural science and technology, its development rule will be more complicate by the time pass, there are lots of influence factors of agricultural development, this paper only considered three factors: technology, capital and labor, other influence factors such as climate, were not be considered, these aspects are the deeper research work should to do.
