In the research of enterprise group, the evaluation question of parent-subsidiary companies' synergy effects is an important content which theorists and community of practice concern.In terms of the present research results at home and abroad, most studies focus on simple factors or single function's synergy effects, lack the literatures regarding parent-subsidiary companies as study, and lack research results of quantitative evaluation model. Study conclusions lack integrity and scientific.The rapid growth of enterprise groups demand urgently in-depth study of evaluation of parent-subsidiary companies'synergy effects.Evaluation model of parent-subsidiary companies' synergy effects could provide a scientific basis of accurate evaluating realization degree of synergy effects.And the model could guide successfully the development of practical synergy work.Therefore, this topic has both important theoretical significance and practical significance.According to the theory of enterprise resource,the evaluation view is divided into five areas:strategy synergy,culture synergy,human resources synergy, supply chain synergy and finance synergy.These five types of synergies are regarded as the first-level indicators of evaluation system.of the parent-subsidiary companies'synergy effects.Each first-level indicator has some second-level indicators which are in order to further explanation of them.Evaluations of strategy synergy include three second-level indicators:strategy fit, strategy control and strategy formulation. Evaluations of culture synergy include four second-level indicators:system form, organization cohesion, leadership styles and group-oriented. Evaluations of human resources synergy include six second-level indicators:staff hiring, employee relations, performance appraisal, training development, compensation incentive and human resources planning. Evaluations of supply chain synergy include five second-level indicators:marketing capabilities, manufacturing operations, purchasing inventory, supply chain information management and R & D. Evaluations of finance synergy include six second-level indicators:capital allocation, rules, carrying performance, personnel management, budget control, financial information management.First-level indicators and second-level indicators all have been made precise mathematical empowerment.And the meaning of each of second-level indicator has been made a detailed description.Those have established evaluation model for parent-subsidiary companies synergy effects. Researchers can accurately calculate the scores of realization degree of parent-subsidiary companies'synergy effects through the mode.And parent-subsidiary companies' actual operations could be understood and grasped.Research using this model makes an effective evaluation of Inspur Group's synergy practice, through the method of case study.And some suggestions are provided for the group's synergy practice.Empirical study proves this model could accurately evaluate the realization degree of synergy effects, Guide groups' practical synergy activities, and ensure the groups operate effectively, so that it could achieve its strategic objectives.
