Parent-subsidiary corporation system as an important form of organization and management of enterprise groups is more complex in organizational structure and management system than single enterprise, it's specific content of human resources management is more complex than single enterprise also. Human resources synergy as one basic function of the parent-subsidiary corporation human resources management is the base which can realize transfer and communion of human resources in enterprise groups, reduce the cost of human resources and obtain core-competitiveness and competitive edge. Research on human resources synergy of the parent-subsidiary corporation is not only a strong theoretical significance, but also an important practical significance.The human resources synergy of parent-subsidiary corporation is that the parent company gives full play to its management functions, rational use and development of various units of human resources, human resources for effective distribution to make human resources for effective distribution and coordination in human resources management in collaboration with each other, so that the parent and the subsidiary share the human resources, and form the synergistic effect.The human resources synergy of parent-subsidiary corporation is influenced by the external environment and developments stage, share degree, business strategy, business leader'style, corporate culture and information technology platform, ,and other internal factors. In order to achieve successful human resources synergy of parent-subsidiary corporation, it is necessary to pay attention to the identification opportunities for synergy.
