Supply Chain Control And Synergy Of Parent-Subsidiary Corporation Based On Different Control Modes

The Parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain management control and synergy becomes an important subject. In order to expand research fields, improve the system of supply chain management theory, look for the critical control points and synergy points in process of Parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain management, to achieve Parent-subsidiary Corporation supply chain synergy, this paper study Corporation's supply chain control and synergy based on different control modes of Parent-subsidiary, through the literature review, questionnaire survey and on-site interviews.In this paper, we proposed a basic research framework of parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain control and synergy, and we think that corporate culture, information sharing, senior leadership's support, market resemblance, and enterprise network are influencing factors of Parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain control and synergy. At the same time we conclude a group of control points and synergy points in process of Parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain management, in which there are 26 control points, including procurement organizations, inventory, logistics costs and third-party logistics, etc.; there are 23 synergy points, including a balanced profit base, centralized warehousing, logistics information, logistics costs and third-party logistics, etc. With reference of information processing theory, this paper summarized realization mechanism of the parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain control and synergy.Through questionnaire survey and on-site interviews, etc., this paper analyzed the status of parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain control and synergy of different control modes to reached the following conclusions, with the changing of control modes, the realization frequency of parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain control and synergy also changed, the more centralized the environment is, the higher realize frequencies of the control and synergy, whereas the lower. The article also summarizes critical control points and synergy points of parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain management based on different control modes, there are 13 critical control points and seven key synergy points under the administrative-type mode,8 under the governance mode,11 critical control points and ten key synergy points under the self-management-type model. These key points should be paid more attentions on during the process of parent-subsidiary Corporation's supply chain management.In order to ensure the realization of supply chain control and synergy, parent-subsidiary companies should pay attention to the organizational structure, corporate culture, communication channels and business processes and so on. Such as optimize the organizational structure, integrate the cultural, build trust mechanisms and improve channels of communication and business processes.
