In this paper, analysis is now a large number of business-to-employee performance appraisal methods and their advantages and disadvantages, and in-depth analysis of existing film and television industry, business unit staff appraisal approach the problems, which made the film and television industry to build a reasonable business the importance of employee performance appraisal system and necessity.In this paper, film and television industry, the characteristics of business unit staff proposed department and the general staff classification assessment ideas, from the perspective of the system demonstrates the whole process of performance appraisal, from the basic work performance appraisal, assessment content, assessment methods, performance plan, implementation and performance management, performance appraisal application of the results to the performance feedback interviews, etc., to build the entire performance evaluation cycle, and each link are described.
